Athlete: I played a variety of sports recreationally as a kid, but my main sport was hockey. I played competitively for 12 years, reaching the level of Junior B for the Komoka Kings. I now enjoy playing hockey recreationally as well as weight training.

Student: I graduated from London South Collegiate Institute in 2019, and am currently in my third year at UWO in Business Administration with honors and specialization in Human Resources.

Trainer: Began by regularly training my younger brothers in our home garage, who are both now in the OHL for the SOO Greyhounds. My business has grown substantially since. I now train a variety of athletes from age 8 to semi-professional players, NCAA D1 or OHL.
